Thank you for choosing WebAutoBots. We stand behind our products and services and your satisfaction is very important to us. The following is our policy regarding refunds.

 

General Refund Terms

Software Products:

Refunds for purchased software products are eligible if the product is defective or does not function as advertised. Such requests must be made within 3 days of the purchase date.

We encourage the use of our free demos or trial versions, when available, before making a purchase to ensure the software meets your requirements.

 

Custom Software Development:

Refunds for custom software development services are not available once development has commenced. If a project is canceled early by the client, we will bill for the work completed up to that point. Any advance payment beyond the billed amount may be subject to a refund.

 

Freelancing Services:

Refund availability for freelancing services is determined by the terms of the individual service agreement or contract. Generally, refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

 

Process for Requesting a Refund

Request Submission:

To initiate a refund, please contact us at admin@webautobots.co.in with your order details and a clear explanation of your issue.

Evaluation:

Our team will assess your refund request based on the product's performance and the nature of your complaint.

 

Refund Issuance:

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow approximately 5-7 working days for the refund amount to be credited to your bank account.

 

Limitations

Requests for a refund must be made within 3 days of the purchase date.

Refunds do not apply to product upgrades, annual renewals, or services that have already been rendered.
